Patricia has been engaged in an almost seven-year-long fight for her son’s well-being.
When he was just over a year old, her son came down with the flu. She alleges that improper treatment of the flue led to his eventual diagnosis of severe receptive and expressive communication delay, which kept him silent until the age of five.
