Celine Cooper: CAQ's rise has other parties scrambling

It’s been a hot few days in the world of Quebec politics. 
Parties are scrambling after a new Léger poll released over the weekend put François Legault’s Coalition Avenir Quebec (CAQ) in majority territory in the lead-up to the October general election, with 39 per cent support. Notably, the party is gaining favour among francophone voters, 46 per cent of whom indicated that they would vote for the CAQ. 
In an attempt to bolster the slumping fortunes of h
