Cédrika: A reminder that several children are still missing in Quebec

On the 10th anniversary of the kidnapping and killing of Cédrika Provencher in Trois-Rivières, several other young people in Quebec are still missing.
One such case is David Fortin, in Alma, Lac-Saint-Jean. He has been missing since February 2009. He would be 23 years old today.
In Terrebonne, Julie Surprenant has been missing since November 1999. She would be 34 years old today.
In Quebec City, Marilyn Bergeron has been missing since February 2008.
