CAQ's controversial Quebec constitution bill dies as parliamentary session ends

Quebec Justice Minister Simon Jolin-Barrette's divisive Quebec constitution bill will die on the order paper as there is not enough time to adopt it before the end of the parliamentary session on Friday.
