Caisse de dépôt et placement to fund bursary for journalism students

Quebec’s provincial pension fund manager will fund a bursary program for journalism students, it said on Sunday.
The program, which will be administered by the Fédération professionnelle des journalistes du Québec, will fund 10 paid internships at Quebec media outlets every year, the Caisse de dépôt et placement said. Each student will receive $10,000 and be expected to work between 12 and 16 weeks.
