Borough proposes subsidy for families using cloth diapers

Parents of infants in the Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie borough might have a little more cash in the near future — if they choose to use cloth diapers, that is. 
The borough proposed a new program on Wednesday that would provide parents with a subsidy of $180 for the purchase of 20 cloth diapers for children under a year old.
