Bloc Québécois leadership crisis: National office gathering in Montreal

The Bloc Québécois’ national office is meeting in Montreal on Sunday to discuss a referendum on the party’s role and a vote of confidence regarding its leader, Martine Ouellet. 
In an interview on Friday, Ouellet said she did not intend to resign before members have been consulted. She maintained that the threshold of 50 per cent plus one vote is enough to retain her role.
