'Beyond human endurance': $3.5-million settlement approved in Ville-Marie Expressway class action

Between 1998 and 2000, noise from repair work being done on the Ville-Marie Expressway was so loud, Westmount resident Peter Krantz could sleep only if he had earplugs in.
