Atwater Tunnel partially reopens after flooding

The Atwater Tunnel flooded Tuesday morning after workers burst a water main. The tunnel has been a source of frustration for commuters ever since. As Global’s Billy Shields reports, there’s good news for southwest commuters this morning.
