As Lacolle tent camp is dismantled, Ottawa seeks winterized quarters for migrants
The Canadian Border Services Agency is taking steps to set up heated accommodations for asylum seekers who show up at the Saint-Bernard-de-Lacolle border crossing this winter, allowing migrants at stay in shelters better suited to the season.
