Guy Ouellette, the Member of the National Assembly arrested last week by Quebec’s anti-corruption unit, addressed the legislature on Tuesday afternoon.
Ouellette, who has not been charged, lashed out at the Unité permanente anticorruption for the arrest (UPAC). He accused UPAC of trying to muzzle him and scare off MNAs who question the unit’s power.
