As cold sets in, Quebecers scramble to get winter tires installed

With freezing cold weather and spots of snow affecting Quebec this week, garages across the province are being swarmed by drivers looking to equip their vehicles with winter tires.
Although the use of winter tires in Quebec is not mandatory for another month, experts recommend having them put on as soon as possible. 
CAA-Quebec said these tires will not be prematurely worn down so long as temperatures stay below seven degrees Celsius.
