As bitter cold returns, Montreal mobilizes to aid homeless population

The return of cold weather is raising concerns about the health of homeless people in Montreal.
The Centre intégré universitaire de santé et de services sociaux du Centre-Sud-de-l’Île-de-Montréal, the city of Montreal and their community partners have mobilized in an effort to ensure that no homeless person has to spend the night outside in the cold temperatures.
