Ariel Jeffrey Kouakou has been missing since March 12.
The 10-year-old left his home in Ahuntsic—Cartierville for a friend’s house a few blocks away.
A woman told police she saw him at des Bateliers Park the same day. No one has seen him since.
An Amber Alert was issued, but was then lifted by police. Without a suspected kidnapper or vehicle description, the case did not meet the criteria for an Amber Alert.
