Application filed for class-action lawsuit against Netflix in Quebec

An application for a class-action lawsuit against Netflix was filed last Friday on behalf of Quebec users who allegedly suffered unilateral price increases. 
It was filed to Quebec Superior Court by Montreal lawyers Kugler Kandestin on behalf of Frédéric Seigneur.
