Antonio Accurso mistrial: Juror No. 6 ruled to have contaminated panel

Superior Court Justice James Brunton has just declared a mistrial in the jury trial of Antonio Accurso. 
The judge made the decision after a serious problem arose with a member of the jury. 
The problem in the trial came out of nowhere Friday morning just as the Crown was about to make its closing arguments in the case, wherein the construction entrepreneur was charged with taking part in a system of collusion and kickbacks through which the city of Laval awarded contracts for yea
