On Sunday night, Montreal Gazette sports reporter Herb Zurkowsky posted sexist, disparaging tweets about Shania Twain, who was the featured performer at the half-time show at the Grey Cup in Ottawa. Zurkowsky subsequently deleted the tweets and posted an apology on Twitter.
