Alouettes shuffle defensive coordinators after unexpected resignation

Barely more than a week before the start of training camp, the Alouettes have been forced to make modifications to their coaching staff.
Early Thursday morning, the Canadian Football League team announced the resignation of defensive coordinator Kahlil Carter, who would have been in his first season on the job. Carter, who said he’s resigning for personal reasons, will remain with the organization as a scout.
