Alleged drug traffickers arrested in Rimouski

Rimouski — Searches and arrests related to drug trafficking took place Wednesday in Rimouski.
The operation, conducted by about 35 police officers, aims to end the street sale of cocaine, methamphetamine and cannabis in Rimouski. Four searches took place.
By 8 a.m., five suspects had been arrested.
The accused are scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday at the Rimouski courthouse to face various counts of drug trafficking.
