After 8 years, when can Montrealers expect updated flood zone maps?

Quebec’s Environment Ministry has delayed the rollout of its updated flood zone maps, which were set to be released on Aug. 1. The province’s maps were last updated in 2019. As Quebecers increasingly face repeated flooding, mayors in the greater Montreal area are calling on the government to release them now.
