Activist, Peter Sergakis promise city hall protest during budget vote

Three days after protesters rallied in Pointe-Claire against a proposed Montreal tax hike that is making itself felt in the budgets of West Island municipalities, a community activist and Montreal businessman are planning another protest for Wednesday to coincide with the vote that will make the tax increase a reality.
Businessman Peter Sergakis and blogger and activist Rhonda Massad intend to hold the demonstration outside Montreal city hall at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, an hour before Montreal city
