About last night … sheepish performance by punchless bunch

In the spirit of Christmas, let’s not dwell on what we saw transpire in Edmonton, where the Oilers completed a season sweep of their two games against the Canadiens.
At least it wasn’t as bad as the 6-2 thumping Bell Centre fans endured two weeks ago.
The Canadiens were kinda/sorta/vaguely in this game, largely because of some heroic goaltending by Antti Niemi.
And at least Carey Price was spared what may well have been a rerun of that poop show at the Bell Centre, where he was beate
