A 35-year-old man stabbed on Crescent Street, suspect fled

A 35-year-old man was stabbed early Sunday morning in downtown Montreal.
He sustained serious, but not life-threatening, injuries.
The attack happened around 4:10 a.m. on Crescent Street, near Maisonneuve blvd.
The victim was injured on his upper body after an altercation with another individual. The suspect fled.
Investigators will attempt to determine the motive for the attack and the identity of the suspect after meeting the victim and witnesses over the coming hours.
