44-year-old man arrested, released in connection with Terrebonne seniors home

A 44-year-old has been arrested and released in connection with an early morning fire Sunday at a seniors residence in Terrebonne, Que. that killed a 94-year-old woman. Provincial police said there's no decision yet as to whether charges will be laid.
