3-year-old drowns in Longueuil

A 3-year-old died after being found unconscious in a swimming pool in Vieux-Longueuil Sunday afternoon.
Authorities were called to the backyard pool around 5 p.m. and transported the child to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Police will investigate the circumstances surrounding the death.
