2 Quebecers identified as victims in Connecticut crash

Local police on Monday identified the victims of a car crash in Farmington, Conn., last week as 66-year-old Réjean St. Pierre and 66-year-old Benoit Boislard. Both are from Quebec, but their hometowns are unknown.
