Swan River mayor 'frustrated' no military boots on the ground yet

The mayor of a Parkland community is nearing the end of his rope as hundreds of people continue to deal with the aftermath of flooding — nearly a week since military assistance was requested. Lance Jacobson says neither members of the military nor Team Rubicon Canada, a veteran-led organization specializing in disaster response, have arrived in Swan River yet to help with restoration.
