Northbound lanes of St. James bridge will close Sunday for 12 hours

The northbound lanes of a busy Winnipeg bridge will be temporarily closed. Maintenance on the St. James bridge, between Academy Road and Portage Avenue, will take place Sunday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., the city said in a news release on Monday.
