New Winnipeg dog park includes separate small dog off-leash area

A new Winnipeg dog park officially opened Saturday in Shaheed Bhagat Singh Park, with a ribbon cutting in front of barking dogs who were already enjoying the fenced area, which includes a designated small dog section.
