Manitoba pharmacist admits to using drugs at work while 39,000 doses went missing

A Manitoba pharmacist who admittedly used drugs on the job and improperly dispensed controlled substances to patients while tens of thousands of doses went missing will keep his licence despite an "extensive and serious" pattern of misconduct.
