Manitoba PCs choose candidate to take on Dawson Trail MLA who quit party

Rural municipality of Ste. Anne Coun. Kyle Waczko is the Progressive Conservative Party candidate in the next Manitoba election, against Dawson Trail MLA Bob Lagassé — who won the riding back from the NDP for the PCs in 2016.
