Inquest hears Winnipeg police will begin collecting race-based use-of-force data

Winnipeg police will begin collecting race-based data for use-of-force incidents, according to a data analysis expert within the service who testified at an inquest into the death of Eishia Hudson, a 16-year-old First Nations girl killed in 2020.
