Father raising awareness about son's rare disease stops in Winnipeg

Stalinjeet Singh is travelling from his Surrey, B.C., home to Ottawa collecting letters asking the prime minister to invest more in treatments for rare diseases, including the one his son has. He stopped in Winnipeg on Wednesday.
