Driver with meth in system pleads guilty in crash that killed Manitoba woman, 28

A man who caused a fatal crash while driving a stolen truck with a "very high amount" of methamphetamine in his system has pleaded guilty in the collision that claimed the life of 28-year-old Kellie Verwey last year.
