80th annual Dakota Oyate Wacipi undampened by floodwaters

Sioux Valley Dakota Nation hosted its 80th annual Dakota Oyate Wacipi (also called a powwow celebration) this weekend. Chief Jennifer Bone says they're welcoming the community and visitors as floodwaters continue to recede in the First Nation located 40 kilometres west of Brandon, Man.
