Trudeau slams Doug Ford once again for use of notwithstanding clause

Speaking in Montreal Thursday, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau attacked Ontario Premier Doug Ford once again for his use of the notwithstanding clause, saying it “tramples” on fundamental freedoms.
