John Tory confident economy can accommodate unemployed Oshawa GM employees

Speaking in Toronto Tuesday, Mayor John Tory said that while the closure of the General motors plant in Oshawa, ON doesn’t effect his constituents directly, it “strikes a blow” to the GTA economy.
