Federal Election 2019: Singh says NDP will commit to funding for new Brampton, ON hospital

During a campaign stop in Brampton, Ontario on Thursday, NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh said he would put funding forward to build a new hospital in the city and that his party would “commit to pharmacare for all.”
