Doug Ford says he will maybe scrap labour reform legislation

The premier announced this morning that Bill 148 a bill that would increase workers right would be scrapped under his government, but walked those comments back later in the afternoon saying they would review the bill but he still thinks it needs to go. Travis Dhanraj reports.
