Candidates square off in mayoral debate focusing on issues related to Toronto’s black community

Four Toronto mayoral candidates squared off in the city’s east end for a debate Monday evening. The event was put on by the Operation Black Vote and focused that focus on community issues facing Toronto’s Black community. Katherine Ward reports.
