When will military and Red Cross help arrive in Alberta?

We learned last week that help is on the way for exhausted ICU nurses and doctors. The military and Red Cross are preparing to send nurses and other trained medical professionals, but exactly when they’ll arrive is still being worked out. Tom Vernon reports.
