Temperatures continue to drop in Calgary as snow tapers off Tuesday

The freezing rain early Monday amplified the issues from southern Alberta's recent snow event. A layer of ice sits under the snow on many surfaces – producing some very slippery conditions for pedestrians and vehicles.
