Suspected device found at Red Deer dump not suspicious

The device found in a Red Deer dump is not suspicious, RCMP said. A portion of the Waste Management Facility was blocked off as police investigated. The RCMP’s explosive disposal unit from Edmonton assisted in the investigation.
