Southern Alberta greenhouse becomes sole lettuce supplier for Wendy’s Canada

An 11-acre greenhouse in Coaldale, Alta., is now the exclusive supplier of leafy greens for fast food giant Wendy’s. Danica Ferris has more on Whole Leaf, the company that will supply lettuce to more than 380 fast-food restaurants.
