Serious crash diverts traffic on Highway 1 near Cochrane

Cochrane RCMP are investigating a serious crash on the Trans-Canada Highway. Police say the two-vehicle collision happened in the westbound lanes of Highway 1 at Jumping Pound Road on Friday morning. The crash involved a semi truck and another vehicle. RCMP say traffic is being diverted around the crash and are asking drivers to avoid the area.
