Sentencing delayed for Lethbridge man in sexual interference case

LETHBRIDGE - Sentencing has been put off once again for a 32-year-old Lethbridge man who pleaded guilty to counts of sexual interference in July 2018.
Cody Tyler Black Forehead appeared in Court of Queen's Bench Monday morning, as an agent for his lawyer, Scott Hadford described the status of the case.
Wayne Hlady told the court that there had been an issue with Black Forehead's Pre-Sentencing Report and the previous agreed statement of facts,
