Rising cases of COVID-19 at second Alberta meat-packing plant makes shutdown inevitable: Union

The JBS plant in Brooks, Alta., had recorded 67 cases as of Monday. The president of the union that represents federal meat inspectors said it's only a matter of time until it shuts down.
