Police called to serious crash on Highway 3 in southern Alberta

Police responded to the scene of a serious two vehicle crash just west of Lethbridge. It happened on Highway 3 near the Monarch turnoff. Westbound traffic was being diverted into Monarch. Eastbound traffic is flowing normally. No other details on the crash have been provided.
