NDP leader Notley addressing party members Saturday

EDMONTON – Alberta opposition leader Rachel Notley is set to address NDP members at a bi-annual council in Edmonton Saturday. Notley’s address will take place at 10 a.m. at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology. <br /> Notley is expected to to discuss the NDP's first few months in opposition and a so-called UCP expense scandal.  More to come…
