Morneau says they will consider calls by provinces to change health transfers

Finance Minister Bill Morneau said Tuesday that several provinces had expressed interest in changing the health transfers agreement reached in 2017, which he says was to be a 10-year deal, and said they would consider the requests before deciding on next steps.
